2. Onboarding Process

  • Initial Consultation: We begin with a call to understand your business needs and objectives for the AI agent.

  • Form Submission: You will receive a form with specific questions to provide detailed insights about your business and desired outcomes.

  • Agent Delivery: Based on complexity, we aim to deliver your AI agent within 1-2 weeks.

  • Testing & Feedback: Once delivered, you may test the agent, and our team will address any necessary adjustments or bug fixes within the initial setup.

  • Maintenance & Modifications: Included with the monthly fee, we provide ongoing maintenance and modification of the AI agent, with updates based on your requests.

3. Updates & Modifications

  • We perform updates and modifications upon your request. All modifications, including bug fixes and adjustments, are covered by the monthly fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for completing an onboarding form detailing company information, objectives, and specific preferences for the AI agent.

  • This input is essential for ensuring the AI agent aligns with your goals and functions optimally within your business context.

5. Metrics & Reporting

  • We provide a Google Sheet to track performance metrics, including the number of user interactions and conversation outcomes, to offer insights into the AI agent’s impact on your lead qualification and conversion.

6. Support & Troubleshooting

  • Our team is available to resolve any issues that arise. Bug fixes or other support requests are typically addressed within 24-48 hours, depending on the issue's complexity.

7. Termination and Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel their service at any time without prior notice.

  • We offer refunds if the client is charged the monthly fee and requests cancellation within the same month without using the service during that month.
